Consultant Dermatologist working in King’s College London from April 2019, graduated from Medical school in Bogota-Colombia in 1987 and trained in Dermatology from 1996 to 1999. Dr Duarte moved to England in October 2003 and after completing the exams and registration processes, she was recognized by the GMC and RCP London in 2005, she worked as a locum Consultant in different hospitals and was appointed as a Substantive Consultant Dermatologist in Frimley Park Hospital in 2008 where she worked for 3 years, then worked in East Kent Hospitals from May 2011, before moving to King’s College Hospital in April 2019. Dr Duarte has been running Paediatric Dermatology clinics weekly since January 2006. She started a MDT meeting with paediatric allergists that runs once monthly to be able to treat children on Biologics and Jaks for inflammatory skin conditions. Dr Duarte is a general dermatologist with special interests on Medical dermatology, Inflammatory skin disease and Paediatric Dermatology.
